If the Court and Case Number is correct, the user can clicking the CONFIRM button. Our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
If the Court and/or Case Number is incorrect, the user can click the Edit link and the Confirm box disappears. Once the user updates that information, our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
If the the filing should be a case initiation, the user can click the Initiate a Case link and the Confirm box will disappear. Once the user updates that information, our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
