If the Court and Case Type is correct, the user can clicking the CONFIRM button. Our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
If the Court and/or Case Type is incorrect, the user can click the Edit link and the Confirm box disappears. Once the user updates that information, our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
If the the filing should be filed on an existing case, the user can click the File on Existing Case link and the Confirm box will disappear. Once the user updates that information, our system will then issue a Filing ID and populate the fields below.
